PRODUCTION OF FLEXIBLE PACKAGING AND LABELS
Parlak Ambalaj LLC was established in April 2017 and specializes in the production of various types of flexible packaging products from films, foils and paper for various industries. The production is mainly carried out using the gravure printing method and it is planned to launch the flexographic printing line of Windmöller & Hölscher by the end of 2024.
Parlak Ambalaj LLC packaging is used by manufacturers of: confectionery, snacks, grocery products, hygiene products, beverages, dairy products, ice cream, pasta, sausages, instant noodles, and dry construction mixtures.

Confectionery is a special category of food products that requires high-quality, durable and presentable design. Packaging materials should be bright and eye-catching, while being made from high-quality raw materials, preserving the taste and freshness of sweets.
Flow-pack is a packaging of products in three-seam bags. Its advantages have long been known: cost-effectiveness, attractive appearance, convenience and safety of the product. The three-seam bag is hermetic and protects the product from moisture, and when using metallized films, from the penetration of ultraviolet light into the package.
Flexible Cold Seal packaging (with cold glue application) is formed by pressure, without heating the seam. The resulting packaging firmly holds the product, and after the consumer opens the package, the glue leaves no marks on the product, maintaining the appearance of the product, high packaging speed (1.5-2 times higher than heat sealing), ease of opening the packaging for the end consumer, increases the productivity of the packaging equipment.
Twist effect labels are designed specifically for the confectionery industry. The main property is the ability to maintain the twist when packing sweets. Also, a label with a twist effect does not deform during transportation. We have 3 types of film: transparent, metallized and pearl. We can also produce a label with a binder and application of selective matte varnish, which will help your products stand out from the rest.
Zip-Lock bags are a type of universal packaging made of dense materials in several layers with a fastener that ensures tightness and protection of the contents from negative environmental impacts, spillage or leakage. The design of the lock withstands repeated opening and closing of the package, while accidental divergence of the lock is impossible. Zip-Lock bags are suitable for storing any products and are capable of withstanding heavy mechanical loads.
Packaging with application of selective matte varnish is one of the most popular types of finishing of packaging products after printing. Reliable protective functions, obtaining unusual visual effects and great possibilities for decoration are all distinctive features of the process. Varnishing is in great demand due to the ability to effectively highlight the desired fragment on the product, which gives significance and originality to the entire packaging.
Waxed paper packaging, which does not let in or absorb moisture. Widely used for wrapping soap, chewing gum.
Coffee and tea packaging. For coffee packaging we use dense polymer film with a metallized, foil layer (AL) and protective properties. Aluminum foil is a complete barrier to light and oxygen (which cause oxidation or rancidity of fats), odors and tastes, moisture and microbes, so it is widely used in this area.
Along with the above-mentioned packages, our company has lines for the production of ready-made packages. Our specialists control all stages, starting from the development of the package design to its production. At the customer’s request, we will design the package with additional elements: side folds (folding), euro slot, notching, demonstration window, and partial application of varnish.
