PET PREFORMS AND POLYETHYLENE LIDS FOR BOTTLING OIL, DAIRY PRODUCTS AND SOFT DRINKS
SAMPLAST produces more than 50 types of preforms and 5 formats of caps in a wide range of colors in the following formats: 1881, 29/25, 29/21, 38 mm and 48 mm.
Each batch of finished products undergoes a thorough quality check. For these purposes, a three-stage quality control has been implemented: control on the production line, instrumental and laboratory, acceptance tests of each batch and pre-shipment monitoring of finished products.
SAMPLAST introduces new energy-saving technologies and cooperates with HUSKY and SIPA, industry leaders in the production of injection machines. The production launched 5th generation HUSKY injection machines, which allows increasing the productivity of preforms and caps, as well as improving the quality of manufactured products.
Since 2019, the company has been certified according to international food safety standards ISO22000 / FSCC22000 ver 5.1 and quality management ISO9001:20015.
- For soft drinks, 1810 format: 27.5 g, 32.5 g, 36 g, 45.5 g preforms;
- For soft drinks, 1881 format: 15 g, 20.8 g, 22 g, 30 g, 32 g, 32.5 g, 42 g, 44 g and 46.7 g cap and preforms;
- For still water, 29/25 format: 10.5 g, 12 g, 16 g and 18 g cap and preforms;
- For oil bottling, 29/21 format: 23 g, 25 g, 27 g and 40 g two-component cap and preforms;
- For dairy products, 38 mm format: 16 g, 18 g, 25 g, 29 g and 53.5 g cap and preforms;
- For large volumes of water and oil, 48 mm format: 75 g, 85 g, 138 g cap, handle and preforms.
