PET PREFORMS AND PE CAPS

SAMPLAST produces more than 50 types of preforms and 5 formats of caps in a wide range of colors, including 1881, 29/25, 29/21, 38 mm, and 48 mm. Each batch of finished products undergoes a thorough quality inspection. For this purpose, a three-stage quality control system has been implemented: in-line production control, instrumental laboratory testing, acceptance testing of each batch, and pre-shipment monitoring of finished products.

SAMPLAST implements new energy-saving technologies and cooperates with industry leaders in injection molding machinery production — HUSKY and SIPA. The plant operates 5th-generation HUSKY injection molding machines, which help increase the productivity of preforms and caps as well as improve product quality. Since 2019, the enterprise has been certified according to international food safety standards ISO22000 / FSCC22000 ver 6 and quality management ISO9001:20015.
