Established in April 2017, Parlak Ambalaj LLC specializes in manufacturing packaging products for various industries. The company is built on its management team’s many years of experience in selling consumables for the packaging industry. Packaging produced by Parlak Ambalaj LLC is used by manufacturers of: confectionery products, snacks, grocery products, personal hygiene products, beverages, dairy products, ice cream, pasta, sausages, instant noodles, and dry construction mixes.
The company is equipped for a complete packaging production cycle, from printing to the manufacture of finished bags. We have installed and commissioned a flexographic printing line manufactured by Windmöller & Hölscher, thereby expanding our production capabilities. We use high-quality raw materials and cooperate with global manufacturers such as Biaxplen, Gettel, Polibak, Polilux, Superfilm, Cromogenia, and Henkel. Confectionery products are a special category of food products that require high-quality, durable, and presentable packaging. Packaging materials should be bright and eye-catching while also being made of high-quality raw materials and preserving the taste and freshness of confectionery products.
Flow-pack packaging is a method of packing products in three-seal bags. Its advantages have long been recognized: cost-effectiveness, an attractive appearance, convenience, and product protection. A three-seal bag is airtight and protects the product from moisture. When metallized films are used, it also prevents ultraviolet radiation from penetrating the packaging.
Cold Seal flexible packaging (with cold-seal adhesive) is formed by applying pressure without heating the seam. The resulting packaging securely holds the product, while the adhesive leaves no residue on the product after the consumer opens the package. This technology preserves the product’s appearance, enables packaging speeds 1.5–2 times higher than heat sealing, makes the package easier for the end consumer to open, and increases the productivity of packaging equipment.
Twist-effect labels have been specially developed for the confectionery industry. Their main feature is the ability to retain their twist when sweets are wrapped. Twist-effect labels also do not become deformed during transportation. We offer three types of film: transparent, metallized, and pearl-effect. We can also produce labels with an inner fold and spot matte varnish, helping your products stand out from the competition.
Zip-Lock bags are a type of versatile packaging made of several layers of dense materials and fitted with a closure that ensures airtightness while protecting the contents from adverse environmental effects, spillage, or leakage. The closure is designed to withstand repeated opening and closing, while preventing accidental separation. Zip-Lock bags are suitable for storing all types of products and can withstand considerable mechanical stress.
Packaging with spot matte varnish is one of the most popular types of post-print finishing for packaging products. Reliable protective properties, unusual visual effects, and extensive decorative possibilities are the distinctive features of this process. Varnishing is in high demand because it makes it possible to effectively highlight a selected area of the product, adding visual impact and originality to the entire package.
Paraffin-coated paper packaging does not allow moisture to penetrate and does not absorb it. It is widely used for wrapping soap and chewing gum.
Coffee and tea packaging: for coffee packaging, we use dense polymer film with a metallized or aluminium foil layer (AL) and protective barrier properties. Aluminium foil provides a complete barrier against light and oxygen, which cause fats to oxidize or become rancid, as well as against odours, flavours, moisture, and microorganisms. It is therefore widely used for this type of packaging.
In addition to the packaging types mentioned above, our company operates production lines for finished bags. Our specialists monitor every stage of the process, from developing the bag design to manufacturing the finished product. At the customer’s request, we can add extra elements such as side gussets, a Euro slot, a tear notch, a transparent display window, and spot varnishing.
