The sector is actively modernizing, expanding its production base, and there is a growing demand for innovative and eco-friendly equipment — and QazPack is becoming the platform where businesses can quickly respond to market needs, find partners, and present their solutions to customers from across the country.
Growing market interest and expansion of the exhibition
The exhibition featured 117 companies from 12 countries, showcasing equipment, materials, and technologies for all segments of packaging production. Participants from Azerbaijan, Germany, India, Iran, Kazakhstan, China, Korea, Poland, Russia, Turkey, Uzbekistan, and Switzerland confirmed the high status of QazPack as an international industry platform. In 2025, the exhibition brought together 36 companies from Kazakhstan and 81 international companies, demonstrating the sustained interest of global business in the country's market.
Key participants and technologies
QazPack is annually chosen by the largest Kazakhstani and international manufacturers, which clearly confirms the strategic importance of Kazakhstan as a center for the development of the packaging industry in the entire Central Asian region.
The QazPack 2025 exhibition brought together companies offering modern solutions in the field of flexible, cardboard, and rigid packaging, labeling, printing, and corrugated production. Among the key exhibitors were suppliers of packaging solutions, including Neo Polis (Russia), the second-largest flexible packaging manufacturer in Russia, presenting over 20 types of eco-friendly materials. YANS (Kazakhstan) — a leader in packaging supplies for HoReCa, TOKK (Russia) — one of the leading manufacturers of closure products, including unique positions for the CIS, Data Vision (Kazakhstan) — the largest integrator of solutions for industrial identification, Gridan Commerce (Kazakhstan) — the exclusive supplier of printing materials from global brands. The technology sector was represented by companies such as Arcon Industries (Kazakhstan), Keletech (Turkey), Markjet (Russia), Multivac (Kazakhstan), Storm Technology (Kazakhstan), Unco-Jet (Kazakhstan), Vekas (Russia), Russian Meal (Russia), and MiSSP (Russia), showcasing next-generation equipment. Traditionally, leaders of the Kazakhstani corrugated industry also participated in the exhibition — Inter Multi Service, KZ Recycling, Food Packaging, TPA Sary Arka. The participation of the largest Kazakhstani and international manufacturers strengthens the status of QazPack as an effective industry networking platform for the business community across the entire spectrum of packaging technologies.
QazPack as a space for industry dialogue
The exhibition is not only an exposition but also a platform where the professional agenda of the sector is formed. With the support of the Kazakhstan Packaging Association, a specialized panel session was held: "Course towards sustainability: how to combine the packaging business and ecology — from trend to responsibility." Speakers discussed innovations in eco-friendly packaging materials, practical steps by manufacturers to reduce environmental impact, the role of the state in shaping the ESG agenda, the importance of eco-movements, and consumer expectations. The marketing director of the company, Anna Avchukhova, noted in her speech that 83% of consumers are willing to pay more for eco-friendly packaging, and products with sustainable characteristics demonstrate 7% higher revenue, confirming the effectiveness of ESG approaches.
The result was a consensus on the development vector: sustainability is becoming not a trend, but a new norm for the industry.
Participants' opinions
Participants noted the high efficiency of business communication and the professional level of the audience: "For us, QazPack is the ideal platform where we can meet with clients, showcase new opportunities, and demonstrate products. It is a cutting-edge platform where key trends in packaging are discussed, and valuable experience is exchanged. We participate here annually and will continue," — Daniyar Mustafin, marketer at KZ Recycling.
Gurgen Ananyan, co-founder of Yans.kz, also shared his impression of participating in the exhibition: "We have been participating in the exhibition for the fifth year. The exhibition is lively, we meet many of our existing partners, many come from other countries, from neighboring ones, we met guests from Uzbekistan, from Kyrgyzstan, they come from Russia. We enjoy meeting old friends and also make new ones here."
QazPack — the platform for the future of the industry
